Our goal is for every single customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please We really want to choose items you will love. You are guaranteed a minimum of 12 items per scoop and we will do our best to follow your character and color preferences. Item requests are not guaranteed.

If you are not satisfied with you order, please message our shop within 24 hours of receipt of your package and we will work with you.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Item must be returned in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery times vary depending on carrier and destination but typically range between 2–7 business days after shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

• Contact us immediately before shipment• We cannot guarantee changes once the order has shipped• Orders returned due to incorrect address may require additional postage for reshipment

If a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable• Reshipping will require additional postage
